Applications
1. Industrial spraying field
In thermal spraying, tungsten carbide nozzles and tips are widely used. In plasma spraying of high-temperature metal or ceramic powders, carbide nozzles and tips can withstand high temps and powder washout, ensuring even powder spraying and better coating quality and adhesion. In liquid spraying like paint and coating operations, they ensure uniform spraying, used for surface coating in auto manufacturing, machining, etc.
2. Agricultural irrigation and fertilization field
Spray nozzles used in agricultural irrigation systems are capable of precisely controlling the spray range and flow rate of water.
